Have you ever considered giving back to your community? Do you enjoy helping others? If so, you should consider a position with The Eagle Hose Company.  Our company is always looking for volunteers.

Our company responds to approximately 700 calls for service each year.  These calls range from assisting members of the public with their fire protection system to multi-alarm structure fires.  As the rescue company, our members are highly trained in a variety of technical rescue fields, boat operations and fire operations. Our members are prepared for incidents involving vehicle extrication, water rescue, fire suppression / rescue and hazardous materials.  Our firefighters train weekly with life saving equipment and learn about the latest in firefighting techniques.  All members are provided with the necessary equipment and training at no cost.  Every new firefighter is required to attend a State mandated Firefighter I course in order to be considered a certified member.

Membership to the Company's Junior Division is open to high school students between the ages of 16 and 18. Junior members respond to incidents and assist with non-hazardous tasks both during training and actual calls. All Junior members are also afforded the opportunity to attend a special Junior Fire Academy held each year.
